| 摘 要： | 煤炭产业是我国基础能源产业，工序能耗是能源管理工作的基础，是实现节能管理工作科学化的重要组成部分。我们要搞清工序能耗指标与现行能耗指标的区别，确定煤矿工序能耗的重点，编制工序能耗的原则，制定好推行工序能耗管理需要采取的措施，才能降低能源成本，提高经济效益，保证节能降耗目标的完成。

| Abstract: | The coal industry is a basic energy industry in our country. The process energy consumption is the foundation of energy management, and is also an important part of realizing energy saving of scientific management. We must know clearly the difference between the index of process energy consumption and the index of current energy consumption, determine the focus, formulate the principle of process energy consumption, and devise the measures that the process energy consumption needs to take in the management. Only in this way, can we reduce the costs of energy, increase economic efficiency, and ensure to complete the goal of energy - saving and consumption - decreasing. |
