| 摘 要： | 旬阳县第三产业在"十一五"期间具有国家重大建设项目的外力推动、工业投资规模扩张、城镇化速度加快、城乡居民与地方财政稳步增收等加快发展的潜力和机遇.在工业化的县城经济发展战略下,旬阳应注重发挥工业化是第三产业发展之本源的作用,并以科学规划为硬约束,以工业布局、房地产开发和经营城市为三大操作面,推进城市化建设,发挥城市化作为第三产业发展之需求基础的作用,同时注重发展与第一、二产业关联度高或支持服务性强的第三产业部门,促进三大产业良性互动.

| Abstract: | The tertiary Property in Xunyang has the potential and opportunity with the development of national essential construction item,the expansion of industry in vestment,the speed of town's development,the increase of the resident and local governmental finance.Under the economic developing strategy of the county's industrialization,it is important for Xunyang to notice the function of developing the tertiary property,and to regard scientific plan as real restriction,regard the distribution of industry,real estate development and the city management as the three greatest directions of development to further the city's development and use the fundamental function of the tertiary property and notice the development of the branches of the tertiary property which is connected with the first and second properties so that the three properties develop properly. |
