摘    要:教师专业身份的存在性焦虑,主体意识的贬抑与隐退以及技术化操作程式对教师教学实践创新的抑制,构成了现代教师专业发展的现实困境。为推进教师专业发展内外结合,系统提升,保障其持续、健康和有效推进,教师生命开放、实践创新及合作文化建构日益成为新时期教师发展的时代要求和应然取向。其中,生命开放是教师专业发展的内在逻辑,实践创新是教师专业发展的核心表征,教师合作文化的建构是专业发展的持续保障。

The Real Dilemma and Value Orientation in the Teacher's Professional Development
Abstract:The anxiety of the teacher's professional identification,the depreciation and recession of subject consciousness,and the technical operation's restraint to the teacher's teaching innovations,are constructing an actual dilemma in the teacher professional development.And the teacher's life openness,practical innovation and cooperative cultural construction are ever becoming epochal demands and value orientations in the teacher development during the new period.Among them,the opening-up of life represents the inherent logic of teacher professional development,the practical innovation is its core representation,and the construction of cooperative culture is its sustained guarantee.
