| Abstract: | In the new century, with the development of the social economy and continuing education of higher colleges,the establishment of the lifelong education system and the leaning society require imperatively the nonacademic credential education of higher colleges to develop fast. But the main road to promote the development of nonacademic credential education is the reform and innovation of the administration pattern, so probing the innovation of the administration pattern becomes the most urgent assignment for the development of higher college nonacademic credential education. |
