| 摘 要： | 文章以《实话实说》节目为引例，指出当前班主任工作提倡宽容是十分重要的,在实际工作中，教师要以尊重、理解、信任的强大精神力量，教育感化学生。宽容并不等于纵容。宽容与严格是矛盾的统一体。正如著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：“有时宽容引起的道德震动比惩罚更强烈。”

| Abstract: | Taking the program Say The Truth for example, the author has pointed out it is very important to call for the tolerance in the work of a teacher in charge of a class. In the practical working, teachers should educate and move their students by the respect to them, the understanding to them and the strong trust to them. Tolerance is unequal to connivance. Tolerance and strictness is the entia of the illogicality. Just like the words said by the famous educator, Suhuomulinsiji, sometimes the moral shake caused by tolerance is stronger than by punishment. |
