| Abstract: | It is necessary to replace talent idea for continuing development.Establishing modern talent idea and talent management affects a nation and city construction.Talent capital is the main factor of the economy increasing in knowledge economy time.It is a necessary way and wise decision of bringing up vast high-qualified talents and fastening city development to guide actively in modern talent management idea,to glance over talent with global eyesight,to educate talent with creation spirit,to treat with talent with noble ability and virtue,to choose talent with science attitude,to absorb talent with encouraging. |
