| 摘 要： | 通过对研究生的问卷调查,分析导师指导行为的现状,结果表明:导师与研究生见面交流的频度和效果有较大缺陷,导师的指导方式和自身素质还不能很好地满足需要。严格导师遴选,建立导师工作规范,加强导师职业道德建设,是提高导师队伍质量的重要保证。
