| Abstract: | Human capital has been playing an increasingly vital role in a modern enterprise. It has produced a deep effect on the adjustment of the whole system in the enterprise to propel it to create in its ownership system, management structure of legal representatives and distribution system in order to adapt itself to the development of knowledge economy. |
