| 摘 要： | 清嘉道时期的吏治出现了全面危机。以欺蒙、庇护、拖沓、推诿和旷职为主要内容的官场病态，形成对皇权的消极对抗；官场唯利是图，道德衰微；司法腐败；官场人才衰落，奴才庸才当道。清政府失去了对国家的有效控制而处于风雨飘摇之中。嘉道时期的吏治危机是中国封建专制主义以及为其服务的封建道德礼教共同结下的恶果。通过对历史的反思，可以坚定中国必须走理性的民主法治之路的信念。

| Abstract: | There was a comprehensive crisis of official government during the period of Jiaqing and Daoguang of Qing Dynasty. During this period, the morbid state in official circles, in cluding being bent solely on profit, judicial departments' corruption, the clining of ability, power in hands of lackeies and mediocrities, opposed imperial power negatively. So the Qing Pynasty had lost the control of the country. The crisis was the result of feudal despoticism and its morals. |
