| Abstract: | Reading comprehension plays a vital role in English teaching and learning.Thus,how to enhance the learners＇reading efficiently is the very concern for both teachers and students, and it is also an important matter that the educational reform needs to explore.I attempted to apply discourse theories as guidance for teaching English reading and presented the advantage of discourse theories in reading teaching. |
