| 摘 要： | 班级管理是班主任的重要工作,要求其通过合适的方法带领学生共同实现班级目标,同时协调好同学关系,培养学生综合能力。但在管理过程中,不少老师倍感头痛,对学生的管理总是事与愿违、事倍功半,因此如何管理好班级成为班主任面临的亟待解决的问题。
