| 摘 要： | 随着教师专业发展研究的深入,教师专业发展逐渐引起教育界的普遍关注。本文通过分析专业学习共同体的内涵、特征及其对教师专业发展的价值以揭示专业学习共同体是教师专业发展的理想环境,最后提出专业学习共同体的构建策略。
