| 摘 要： | 近年来,在国家加强教育投入、鼓励发展成人教育的背景下,成人教育事业高速发展,为提高全民素质教育发挥了重要作用。然而,与此同时也出现了一些新问题。文章着重从当前成人教育教学管理的现状及特点入手,分析当前成人教育工作中存在的问题,进而探讨了成人教育教学管理工作的新方法和新思路,并提出一些初步的想法及建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,under the background of strengthening the investment in education and encouraging the development of the adult education from our country,the adult education has obtained the rapid development and has played an important role in improving the quality-oriented education of all people.However,there are also some new problems.The article starts with the current situations and characteristics of the teaching management of the adult education and analyzes the problems of the present adult education.Furthermore,the article approaches the new methods and ideas of the teaching management of the adult education and presents some initial ideas and suggestions. |
