| 摘 要： | 随着大学英语的改革与深化,各个院校的英语教学模式都进行了不同尝试,并取得了一定的收获。但是,目前我们大学公共英语教学与学生的专业要求还存在着一定差距,为了帮助学生掌握专业英语学习方法,更好地适应高年级专业方向的英语学习,充分受益于英语教学模式的转变,作为教师,应该从思想上进行专业化发展转型。本文结合本院的公共英语教学现状,提出了公共英语教师专业化发展构思。

| Abstract: | With the reform and deepening of college English teaching,most colleges and universities seek different patterns in reforming their teaching modes and turn out to be fruitful.However,at present,a certain gap exists between the teaching of English for general purposes（EGP） and the requirements of the student＇s major.In order to equipping the students with the learning methods of the English for Special Purposes（ESP）,better their adjustment to the major-oriented English study and adequately benefit from the reform in English teaching mode,teachers should reshape their concept to develop their specialization.This article makes a conceptive study on the specializing development of teachers of EGP. |
