| 摘 要： | 作为中国妇女中素质优良、层次较高的一个群体．知识女性在我国建设和发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。她们的生活方式、生存状态以及发展状态对社会女性有着较强的引导和示范作用．生存权和发展权是女性的基本人权。因此维护知识女性的特殊权益有着十分重要的意义，既需要社会观念的不断完善．更需要知识女性的自身努力。

Therefore, the special interests of safeguarding intellectual women of great significance,which requires the constant improvement of social attitudes,but also requires knowledge of women＇s own efforts. |
