摘    要:判断一个企业管理水平好不好,是否拥有核心竞争力,主要应该是这个企业人才培养的体系是否健全、完善。培养人才,成为当今国内多数企业在快速发展过程中的瓶颈问题。我们在这里试着剖析这一现状,并试着针砭时弊,给出一点建议,促进企业的发展与进步。

Abstract:To estimate the management level of one enterprise,to verdict its core competence,we are oriented to measure the system of the personnel training in that establishment.The personnel training,that's really a bottleneck problem for most domestic enterprises,during their rapid development.Here analyzing the current situation,we cherish with deep look for the ironic and the bizarre,and offer convincing answers.The aim is to promote the Sustainable development of these enterprises.
