| 摘 要： | 采用调查法、文献资料法对江苏省11所高校培养高水平田径运动员的管理现状进行调查,力求探寻出面临的困难和存在的问题,总结成功的经验,提出高校培养高水平运动员应采取的对策。目的在于进一步探讨其科学训练管理的新路,为迅速提高运动成绩,进一步办好高水平运动队提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The writer prosecuted an investigation into and consulted the source of the status of high level athlete's management in 11 general colleges of Jiangsu Province,seeking to find the problems and difficulties,sum up experience,as well as propose measures.It aims at deeply probe into the new methods of scientific athlete's management,which may offer some references for making faster progress and train better teams. |
