钛合金高速铣削温度的试验研究

摘    要:钛合金由于导热性差和化学亲和性强等原因,在其切削加工时切削温度高、刀具磨损严重,影响切削速度的进一步提高。切削温度不仅直接影响刀具的磨损和耐用度,而且也影响工件的加工精度和已加工表面质量。影响切削温度的因素主要有切削用量、冷却条件及刀具磨损等,本文重点对钛合金高速铣削时的切削温度进行试验研究。结果表明:随铣削速度v的提高铣削温度明显上升,在v>200m/min时铣削温度上升缓慢;高速铣削采用冷却液,可显著降低铣削温度,并可延长刀具使用寿命;刀具磨损对铣削温度的影响非常显著,随刀具磨损程度的增加铣削温度上升明显。

Abstract:Due to low thermal conductivity and high chemical reactivity with cutting tool materials during machining titanium alloys with high temperature, the tool wear is severe. Therefore, increase of cutting speed is limited. Milling temperature affects not only tool wear and durability, but also the machined precision and surface quality. The main factors, which have effect on milling temperature, are milling parameters, cooling conditions and tool wear. The paper focuses on experimental study of temperature in high - speed milling titanium alloy. The experimental results show that milling temperature rises severely with increasing milling speed. The increase of the temperature become smaller when the cutting speed v >200m/min. The milling temperature decreases and tool life lengthens with coolants. Meanwhile, it is affected highly by tool wear and increases markedly with severe tool wear.
