| 摘 要： | 在学生教育和管理中,高校音乐专业任课教师具有人数多、与学生接触时间长、开展学生思想政治教育工作便利、课程教学中潜在着许多思想政治教育资源等诸多的优势。发挥音乐专业任课教师育人的潜能,一是要提高任课教师育人的责任意识,二是要提高教师个人修养、加强师德与教风建设,三是要加强艺术实践活动、丰富第二课堂,四是要实行导师制。

| Abstract: | As to the work of students' education and administration,the college music teachers have the advantages of having large number of teachers,having enough time to stay with the students,having convenient conditions to develop ideological and political education to students and easy to find much curriculum resources in teaching.In order to give full play to music teachers' educating potential,we should,firstly,increase their sense of responsibility;secondly,improve teachers' personal quality and reinforce the construction of teachers' ethics and teaching mode;thirdly,attach more importance to artistic activities and enrich the afterclass activities;fourthly,establish the system of tutors. |
