| 摘 要： | 大力推进企业教育是科教兴企、科教强企的重大举措。加强企业教育,要突出“一个重点”:以技能、复合型人才教育为重点;推进“二个转变”:转变企业教育重学历轻职业技能的教育观念;转变企业教育重理论轻操作技能的教育模式;实施“三个创新”:创新企业教育长效机制;创新企业教育监管机制;创新企业教育激励机制。

| Abstract: | According to the author of the paper,professional education activities within the enterprise should be focus on the improvement of employees' skill rather than on pursuit of their academic credentials.Multi-level training courses should be offered to meet individual career requirements.Meanwhile,an efficient supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism should be implemented. |
