| 摘 要： | 为提高应用型院校学生的职业技能和职业素养,提出"多方合作、三位一体、开放共享"构建职业技能训练平台。开发了平台的工作模型,分析了平台的服务特征,设计了平台的运行规则,论述了平台对高技能、实践型人才培养的积极意义,通过具体案例验证了平台对学生创新创业能力显著提升的促进作用。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the vocational skills and professional quality of students in applied colleges,the paper proposes a opinion of"multi-party cooperation,trinity and open sharing",with which to build a vocational skills training platform.The working model of the platform was developed,the service characteristics of the platform were analyzed,the operating rules of the platform were designed,and the positive significance of the platform for the training of high-skilled and practical talents was discussed.The specific case is used to verify the platform's promotion of students'ability to innovate and innovate significantly. |
