在线教学现状调研分析及后续对策思考——以国内某高校为例

摘    要:通过对国内某高校2020年春季学期在线教学现状开展问卷调研,发现存在师生负担重、未达到预期教学效果、师生对于影响在线教学效果的因素存在认知差异、混合式教学成为主流意愿等现象。针对这些现象,提出了夯实硬件基础、加强制度建设,抓实教师培训、加强教学资源建设,密切关注学生动态等建议,以期为高校促进在线教学的高效开展,推进信息化教学提供参考。

Abstract:The researcher carried out a questionnaire survey on the online teaching situation of a college in spring 2020,and found that there are phenomena such as heavy burden on teachers and students,failure to achieve the expected teaching effect,differences in the perception of teachers and students about factors that affect the effect of online teaching,and the willingness to conduct blended teaching after resumption of classes.In view of the phenomenon,this paper puts forward that the school level should consolidate the hardware foundation and strengthen the system construction after the resumption of classes,pay attention to the teacher training and strengthen the construction of teaching resources,strengthen the construction of the teacher's ability of information-based teaching and encourage the teaching reform,pay close attention to the students after the start of school dynamic,etc.In order to providing a reference for promote the online teaching to carry out efficiently,promote the information teaching in colleges and universities.
