摘    要:员工是企业履行社会责任的首要对象和行为起点.从员工角度着手,在界定企业对员工的社会责任内容的基础上,设计了员工视角下的企业社会责任评价指标,最后采用模糊综合评价方法建立了员工视角下的企业社会责任评价模型.该模型有效解决了评价指标的量化问题和评价体系的模糊性问题,并且其评价结果既可以对企业履行社会责任的状况进行纵向动态评价,也可以进行横向全社会或行业范围内的比评与选优.

The Evaluation System of Corporate Social Responsibility from the Perspective of Employees

Abstract:Employees are the starting point to fulfill social responsibility by corporations. In order to effectively evaluate cor- porate social responsibility for their employees, the paper designed the evaluation indexes based on the definition of corpo- rate social responsibility for their employees with the theory of Carroll' s four dimensions of corporate social responsibility, and established the evaluation model by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method..It finally resolved the quantization of corporate social responsibility evaluation indexes and the fuzziness of its evaluation system. Also it provided an effective tool to evaluate horizontally and vertically corporate social responsibility from the perspective of employees.
