| 摘 要： | 提升高职院校核心竞争力,创新科研管理模式非常重要。目前,针对高职院校科研工作存在的问题,应该研究与探索科研工作的规律,创新科研工作的管理模式和机制;应该强化科研管理,健全科研管理制度,充分发挥科研工作的研究、指导、服务功能;应该制定科研发展规划,强化科研工作队伍建设,加强与行业企业的合作研发,逐步实现产学研一体化。
