| 摘 要： | 采用希思－卡特体型测定法测试我国花样游泳运动员的体型,发现：花样游泳运动员平均体型分值是３．１４-２．４５-３．７４;健将是３．３３-２．８４-３．５８,内、中、外三因子分值较接近。从优秀运动员的体型分布来看,提示花样游泳运动员存在"理想体型"。其"理想体型"应是匀称、修长。从竞技水平与体型关系分析得出：竞技水平越高,中、内因于分值越高,说明肌肉、骨骼和体脂对花样游泳运动员来说是重要的,尤其与中因于分值关系密切。

| Abstract: | The body types of 119 Chinese elite synchronized swimmers were measured with the Heathcarter method. It was found that the mean somatotype values of the synchronized swimmers were 3. 14 2. 45 - 3. 74, and those of the masters were 3. 33-2. 84- 3. 58. The values of the endodermal, mesodermaland ectodermal factors were close. In point of the somatotype distribution of elite synchronized swimmers, itwas suggested that they have their ideal somatotypes. The "ideal somatotype" must be of proportional buildand slender. By analyzing the relation between competitive performance and somatotype it was found that thebetter the swimmer's competitive performance is, the higher the values of the mesodermal and endodermalfactors are, showing that the development degree of muscles, bones and body fat is important to synchronizedswimmers, especially closely relates to the value of the mesodermal factor. |
