| Abstract: | The protection of intangible assets (eg. School name, social reputation, etc.) is a serious problem which colleges and universities are faced with.The business activities and enrolling new students making use of the just school names, school badges and the other autonomous intellectual property are damaging the legitimate rights and interests of colleges and universities.Much attention must be paid and effective measures should be taken to protect the hedge and added value of intangible assets. |
