| 摘 要： | 在当今知识经济时代,＂以人为本＂的理念日益受到重视。对高职院校来说,人才资源的合理开发与管理,建设高效便捷的人力资源管理信息系统是十分必要的。本文针对人力资源管理系统的现状和存在的问题,根据高职院校人力资源管理的特点,对高职院校人力资源管理系统的功能提出了设计思路。
