| 摘 要： | 地方高校是由地方管理的高校,地方高校是开放性耗散系统,受社会环境、自然环境和规范性的影响和制约.本文指出地方高校系统受生态学理论指导,具体体现在适应性、平衡性、生态位和共生和竞争四个方面.依据生态学理论,文章分析了地方高校在建设和发展过程的现状和生态缺失,并提出了建议和措施.
