| 摘 要： | 本文主要从靖江市各职业学校收缴的调查问卷入手，对文化基础课教师与专业课教师、教师职称、“双师型”教师、职业学校师资的培养和培训等方面进行了师资现状分析，并对数据分析提出了加强职业教育师资队伍建设的对策思考。

| Abstract: | This article, mainly starting with the questionnaires captured from Jingjiang various vocational schools, analyzes the teachersJpresent status of the cultural basic course teachers, the professional course teachers, the teacher rifles, the ＂ double- certificate＂ teachers and vocational school teachers＇raise and training, and proposes the countermeasures to strengthen the teachers＂ troop construction of vocational edu-cation. |
