| 摘 要： | 教育是民族振兴的基石，教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央坚持把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位，把促进教育公平作为国家基本教育政策，采取加大财政对教育的投入、健全学生资助制度、公共教育资源向特殊地区和弱势群体倾斜等多种措施，不断满足人民群众对优质教育需求，为建设人力资源强国和创新型国家而做出不懈努力。

| Abstract: | Education is the cornerstone of the national rejuvenation,and equality in education the important basis for social equality.The CPC Central Committee,with Comrade HU Jing-tao as General Secretary,stick to giving priority to the development of education,put the promotion of educational equity at the basis of the national education policies,and take many measures,like increasing government spending on education,improving the student financial aid system,inclining the public education resources to special areas and disadvantaged groups,to meet people's needs of high-quality education and make unremitting efforts to build a big power of human resources and an innovative nation. |
