| 摘 要： | 城市具有典型的耗散结构形成的条件,表现出了开放性、远离平衡性,具备涨落和非线性的特征,并且其熵值特征很明显。新经济条件下,创新型城市的建设,要考虑影响城市竞争力优势的最主要因素,在这个基础上来推动城市系统向创新型的城市形态来演化。根据耗散系统的特点,应抓住有利时机推动创新型城市建设。
