| 摘 要： | 教育是一种培养人的社会实践活动。教育目标是调整教育活动和进程的准绳,反映的是教育者对受教育者主观上的一种要求和愿望。教育的目的是满足受教育者生理、心理和文化发展的需要,这是制定教育目标的基础和前提。满足个体发展的需要是教育的目的,人的自我发展需要是教育目标确立的前提;教育目标的最终体现是人的全面发展;"以人为本"是贯彻马克思的人的全面发展教育思想,并将理想转化为现实的新的教育形式,是实现人的全面发展的教育目标的根本途径。因此,坚持"以人为本",促进人的全面发展,是教育工作的根本要求和教育科学发展观的本质与核心所在,是确立教育目标的终极依据。
