| 摘 要： | 苏联卫国战争爆发之前,苏联对外政策遵循两种社会制度国家和平共处原则,加强与西方国家的经济交往,既促进了苏联社会主义工业化,又维护了世界和平。苏联卫国战争爆发后,苏联党和政府鼓舞和组织广大人民群众参加反法西斯战争,主导世界反法西斯统一战线的形成,为世界反法西斯战争的胜利做出了巨大的贡献。苏联卫国战争胜利后,苏联对外政策忠于社会主义国际主义原则,维护了欧亚人民民主国家的利益,为保卫世界和平与民主做出了新的贡献。苏联在和平与战争问题上的正确立场,使苏维埃政权经历了伟大卫国战争的严峻考验,苏共公信力也因此得到进一步的提升。
