| 摘 要： | 加入WTO之后，档案工作面临着许多新的挑战。面临新的环境和条件，只有通过建立和完善档案信息资源体系，创建开发档案信息资源的社会环境，拓展档案信息资源的服务范围，完善档案信息网络体系，才能适应加入WTO之后的社会发展需要。

With new environment and condition, only through constructing and perfecting the resource system of file information, developing the social environment of file information, widening the service scope of the resource and perfecting its network system, can the file work adapt to the social needs after China's entry to WTO. |
