| 摘 要： | 依据新的使命任务,结合军队岗位任职教育的特点,分析了实验教学在岗位任职教育中的地位及部队对岗位任职能力的需求,并对任职教育实验教学的方法进行了探索,为高质量人才的培养奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the new mission duty,with the characteristic of army post education, this paper analyzed the status of the experimental teaching in the post assignment education and the demand of army to the post assignment ability,and carried on the exploration to the assignment education experiment teaching method,which has laid the foundation for cultivating high quality talents. |
