| 摘 要： | 分析了在数字化图书馆环境下，图书馆读者服务工作面临的挑战和表现出的变化特征，并以我院图书馆为例分析了数字化图书馆读者服务工作的实践。同时认为，建立与数字化图书馆相适应的读者服务工作体系，是图书馆生存发展的必由之路。
