摘    要:存新一轮基础教育体育课程改革中,<课程标准>将制定体育学习评价方案和标准的权利下放给了各地、各校,甚至是体育教师.然而,各地、各校的体育学习评价方案和标准是否合理与有效,需要主管部门对此进行再次的评价,即体育学习元评价.针对我国目前缺少体育学习元评价方面实证研究的现状,通过多种方法对中小学体育学习无评价进行探索性研究,明确"中小学体育学习元评价指标体系",并研制出具有一定信度和效度的"中小学体育学习元评价量表",为各地教育行政主管部门监控各校中小学体育学习评价的实施提供帮助,为进一步深人体育学习元评价方面的研究提供理论与实践支持.

Abstract:During the new curriculum reform of PE class, local educational administrative agencies, schools and PE teachers were empowered by the Curriculum Standards to make the evaluation standards and programs by themselves. Nevertheless, in order to ensure the appropriateness and validity of the standards and programs made by the locals, an evaluation of the local PE evaluation by the higher educational administrative agency is also needed. This refers as the meta-evaluation of PE Learning. In view of the lack of the empirical studies on meta-evaluation of PE learning, we employed various methods to administer a research to explore the issues concerned with the meta-evaluation. Based on the research, an indicator system for the meta-evaluation of PE learning was worked out. And a scale of the PE learning meta-evaluation for primary and middle school students was developed. Both of them were considered helpful for the educational administrative agencies at various levels to supervise the implement of the PE learning evaluation. This research also provided some theoretical and practical bases for the further investigation of the PE learning meta-evaluation.
