| Abstract: | Graduates are special products manufactured by colleges and universities. They are important links be-tween society and education. By analyzing the problems in current job - assigning systems, and their causes, the author has argued strongly that colleges and universities are suppliers of graduates to the job market and should play a vital role in graduates' job - assignment. Furthermore, the author specified additional functions that colleges and universities could contribute to job assigning. |
