| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法。数理统计法等对体育专业人才职业能力培养的现状进行研究分析,认为此研究具有理论和实践意义,是社会市场经济对体育专业人才具备综合的职业能力的必然要求。同时通过文献综述阐述国内外对此研究的现状,阐明以职业能力为导向的体育专业人才培养方式方法更具有目的性、趋向性。提出进一步更新教育思想和教育观念,全面深入的改革,探索体育专业人才综合职业能力培养的有效途径、评价机制。全面推进素质教育,以促进体育专业人才职业能力培养特色的形成。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature material , questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics , this paper analyzes the current situation of professional ability training , points out that this study has theoretical and practical significance , and has the social market economy of sports professional talents with comprehensive professional abilities.At the same time, through the literature review to this research both at home and abroad , this paper analyzes the present situation , clarify vocational ability oriented professional sports training methods , put forward further update education ideas and education concept , in -depth reform, explore the sports professionals .It is an effective means of comprehensive vocational ability training and assessment mechanism . Comprehensively promote quality education , so as to promote the formation of sports professional personnel professional ability training characteristics . |
