| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展和改革开放的不断深入,企业职工体育在企业中的位置也出现了比较大的变化,整体的变化趋势由强趋弱,本文就开展职工体育活动中存在的问题及成因进行分析。利用文献资料法、实地考察法等研究方法对职工体育的管理体制、运行机制以及职工体育的发展趋势进行分析,试图探寻职工体育改革与发展的新途径。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of market economy and the deepening of the reform and opening up , the enterprise staff sports position in enterprises have appeared in the larger changes , the overall trend by weakening.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the staff sports activities .Using the methods of literature review and field survey , the staff sports management system , operation mechanism and development trend of the staff sports were analyzed .The main purpose is to find the new ways of staff sports reform and development . |
