| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和数理统计等方法对学校体育与职工体育的协调发展进行管理学分析,并通过分析总结两者协调发展对和谐社会构建的作用。研究显示:学校体育的人力、物力资源,职工体育的财力资源和体育市场需求是其各自内在的发展优势;学校场馆管理的多元化、传统的课程设置,职工参与体育活动积极性的欠缺、管理的异位是其各自内在的劣势;和谐的社会环境、宏观的法规文件等是两者发展的外部机会;传统保守的管理理念和相关法律法规界定的限制是两者发展的外部风险。学校体育与职工体育的协调发展推动了新型人力资源管理理念的建立,促进了体育资源的协同发展,明确了社会体育发展的角色与职责,构建了社会体育发展的和谐环境。

| Abstract: | Using the literature material and mathematical statistics , this paper makes management analysis on harmonious development of school sports and worker sports , and the coordinated development of both built of a harmonious society .The result showed that school sports had the human , material resources , the financial re-sources of worker sports and the development of market demand were their advantages .Diversification of venue management , the traditional curriculum , the lack of participation in sports activities motivation and ectopic of management are the disadvantage of their internal development .The harmonious social environment and the macro laws and regulations are external opportunities for school sports and worker sports .Conservative management con-cept,the relevant laws and regulations were external threats .Coordinated development between school sports and worker sports promoted the establishment of the new concept of human resource management concept , promoted the coordinated development of sports resources , determine the roles and responsibilities of social sports , built a harmonious environment for the development of social sports . |
