| 摘 要： | 体育兴趣是人们积极认识和优先从事体育活动的心理倾向。它是与参与体育活动的需要相联系的意向活动。一个人如果对体育活动感兴趣,就会积极参加,全力投入,活动的结果将是需要的满足并由此得到积极的情绪体验。所以体育兴趣是体育参与的基本动力之一,它影响着人们体育参与的具体活动方向和强度。文章从情境兴趣的概念、影响因素等方面对情境兴趣进行综合分析,以设计最优化的体育课情境,提高学生的体育锻炼动机和培养学生的终身体育意识。

| Abstract: | Interest in sports is the psychological tendency people know and engage in sports activities .It is the intention of activity associated with the need to participate in physical activities .If a person is interested in sports , he will participate actively and engage fully .The results of the activities will meet the needs and get a positive e-motional experience .So the interest in sports is one of the basic power of participating in sports , it affects the di-rection and intensity of people who takes part in sports activities .The paper analyses the interest of situation syn-thetically from the concept of situational interest , the influence factors and so on .Designing optimization of physi-cal education situation is to improve students ’ motivation for physical exercise and cultivate the students ’ con-sciousness of lifelong sports . |
