| 摘 要： | 科技期刊的质量和传播效果与编辑的中文水平密切相关．通过对科技期刊编辑中文水平不高的原因进行分析．认为要尽快改善这一状况，教育机构必须努力扭转重外语轻母语的作法，科技期刊编辑应通过自身努力多读多写，出版行政机构应加强科技期刊编辑的中文再学习．

| Abstract: | The quality of sci-tech periodicals and communication effect is closely related to the editing of Chinese proficiency. Based on the sei-tech periodical editing Chinese quality, the reasons are analyzed. The paper suggests that in order to improve this situation as soon as possible, the education institutions must work to change the situation of focusing on foreign language rather than improving the mother tongue. Further more, the sci-tech journal editors should read and write more, and the administrative agencies for publication should reinforce the sci-tech periodical editors to strengthen the Chinese learning. |
