| 摘 要： | 分析了素质教育的本质与特征和校本课程的内涵,认为高等院校开发校本课程符合素质教育的理念。提出了高等院校校本课程开发的策略:更新观念,提高对"素质教育"和"校本课程"的认识;对校本课程开发提供必要的人、财、物的支持;进行校本培训,提高高等院校教师开发校本课程的水平;鼓励大学生参与到校本课程的开发之中。
