| 摘 要： | 抓好学院教师队伍的建设,首先要建立在完善有效的人才管理机制上.学院在积极探索新时期组织人事工作创新的途径和形式中,引进招聘、培养开发,造就具有真才实学,适应学院发展的学历达标、结构合理、业务精良、教学严谨的高水平师资队伍.
