| 摘 要： | 购买打包金融债权是目前越来越多国内外投资者的投资热点，由于债权资产自身的特点，使投资者进行投资分析时有一定的难度。从法律角度着眼，投资者首先应以合法身份入场，按程序进行交易；其次应仔细审查资料，进行全面法律分析，最后还应充分预见风险，细致考虑问题。

| Abstract: | OPERATION SUCCESS is a covert operation to Guatemalan Arbenz government by The United States in the early cold war. The United States intervened and finally subvert the Latin America democracy power in the cover of anti - communism. The preparing and implementing of the operation was in secret, few knew the inside stories. In recent years, with the declassification of American history files, the whole events emerged in front of the world. OPERATION SUCCESS not only seriously obstructed the Guatemalan democracy reform and the society progress, but also set up a model for the CIA to launch covert operations in Latin America. |
