| 摘 要： | 技术创新能力对企业技术创新过程构成直接支持,而获得竞争优势是企业有意识的技术创新活动的最终目的,因此技术创新能力的发挥效益如何直接影响企业是否具有竞争优势。但实力均衡的企业之间是互动的,都有是否执行能力发挥的期权,他们之间又是博弈的,结合实物期权博弈理论,得到了企业技术创新能力发挥最优时机,最后给出了此方法的一个实际应用例子。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation competence directly support enterprise technological innovation process,but obtaining competitive advantage is the final goal of enterprise's technological innovation activities,therefore technological innovation competence's leverage effectiveness immediately influence enterprise has the competitive advantage or not.But between the strength balanced enterprises is the interaction,they have the option of executing competence leverage or not,between them is also game.This article studies enterprise competence leverage question by unifying the real options game theory,finally,an example is given to apply the approach. |
