摘    要:面临前所未有的机遇和挑战,我国传媒业开始进入品牌竞争时代。激烈的竞争使得媒体品牌的可持续发展变得尤为重要。强化质量管理是可持续发展的基础,媒体节目的清晰定位可以维护品牌节目的良性循环,而维护品牌形象、注重人才建设、有效的资源整合同样都是不可或缺的媒体品牌可持续发展要素。

Abstract:Facing the unprecedented opportunities and challenges, the medium has begun into thecompetition ages of brand. The sustained development of medium brand has become particularlyimportant. Enhancement of the quantity management should be the foundation to sustain development~ The definite position of medium program can support virtuous cycle of the brand program. Tosupport the brand image, make a point of talents' developments and the conformity of valid resourcesare all necessary factors to for the sustained development of medium brands.
