| 摘 要： | 根据党和国家构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,指出了社区体育在其中应该而且必须发挥的功能和作用,进一步分析了当前我国社区体育存在的问题,并提出了对策,旨在为发展我国的社区体育和构建和谐社会提供参考。
