| 摘 要： | 伦理是存在于人与人之间、人与社会之间的道德关系。中国社会在经济体制和经济结构发生重大变化的同时，社会结构和观念文化也步入了一个快速变迁的时代，教育观念也在社会转型期里发生着质的嬗变，成人教育管理难度不断加大，这要求成人教育管理进行根本的改革，在成人教育管理中引入伦理纬度是历史与现实的要求。

| Abstract: | Ethics exists in the relations between people and people,the moral and society.Great changes have taken place in the economic system and economic structure of China,at the same time,social structure and the concept of culture have also entered an era of rapid change.The concept of education is also in the evolution in social transition period,and the adult education management becomes more difficult increasingly,which requires adult education management to reform.It is the requirement of the history and the reality to introduce ethical latitude into adult education management. |
